The fine print
Refunds & Cancellation
Plain answers about cancelling, renewals, and refunds for an InTheMude subscription. The short version: cancel anytime online, keep playing until your paid period ends, and if we got something wrong, we'll make it right.
01 Cancelling
You can cancel anytime online from your account — no phone call, no cancellation fee, no "are you sure" maze. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then the subscription simply ends.
02 Renewals
Plans renew automatically at the listed price until you cancel:
- Monthly — $12, charged every month.
- Annual — $99, charged once a year.
Charges appear on your card statement as INTHEMUDE.COM, and we email a receipt for every charge. If we ever change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
03 Refunds
Because you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, we don't refund partial periods — a month you've started, or the remainder of an annual plan — except where the law requires it. If you've decided InTheMude isn't for you, cancelling is the right move: nothing more is charged, and you can keep playing until your paid time runs out.
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live.
04 Charged in error, or couldn't play because of us
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a renewal after you cancelled, a charge you don't recognize — or you couldn't play because of a problem on our side, email support@inthemude.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Include the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge so we can find it quickly.
05 How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve one, it usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
